A DEA agent and an undercover Naval Intelligence officer are sent on a mission to investigate each other's organizations. They soon discover that they've been double-crossed by the mob, who had initially believed them to be stealing money from their own ranks. As a result, the agent and the intelligence officer must now work together to take down their common enemy and clear their names. Their initial distrust eventually turns into a begrudging partnership, as they navigate the complex web of deceit and corruption surrounding them.
