About Stowcase

Built for the things you actually own.

Stowcase started with physical media that no spreadsheet or streaming watchlist could properly describe. It grew into a complete record for collections and the rest of the home.

The problem

A list of titles was never enough.

Media databases know a film, album, book, or game. Product databases know a television or watch. Neither knows your copy: its format, edition, condition, location, purchase history, documents, current value, or the person who borrowed it.

Generic inventory tools can store a row, but they make you supply the meaning. Collector apps understand one hobby, then stop at the edge of the shelf. Insurance templates ask for detail without helping you capture it.

Stowcase brings those jobs together. It uses the right catalog for each collection, preserves copy-level facts, and turns the resulting record into tools for discovery, organization, valuation, sharing, moving, insurance, and estate planning.

What we care about

The real object is the point

A title, model, or product record is only the start. Stowcase keeps the edition, condition, location, value, documents, and history of the physical copy you actually own.

Capture should remove work

Barcode scanning, image identification, provider metadata, and imports should do the repetitive work so you can confirm a useful record and move on.

Your data should stay useful

Search and insights help today. Portable exports, insurance reports, and attached evidence make the same record useful during a move, claim, sale, or estate handoff.

Privacy should be deliberate

Collections stay private by default. Public profiles, wishlists, and sale prices are separate choices. Supporting documents, purchase and insurance details, and borrower identities are not published.

Where we are today

A focused, invite-only rollout

Stowcase is opening gradually so its capture, cataloging, valuation, and reporting workflows can be refined against real shelves and real homes. If you want one durable record for what you own, request an invite and we'll follow up as access opens.
