Relativity Media

Lynwood Spinks and Ryan Kavanaugh co-founded Relativity Media, which initially focused on brokering film finance deals before expanding into production and other entertainment ventures. The company's commercial success led to it becoming a major player in the industry. However, financial struggles and lawsuits ultimately led to its bankruptcy filing in 2015. Following a brief reorganization, Relativity Media emerged from bankruptcy in 2016, only to file again two years later. Today, the studio is a wholly owned subsidiary of UltraV Holdings.
