Matt Clark
Born in Washington D.C., the son of a teacher and a carpenter, Clark grew up in Conyers, Georgia, before attending college at George Washington University, although he eventually dropped out. Following his time in the military, Clark began working at various jobs before joining a local D.C. theatre group. He then moved to New York, becoming a member of the Living Theatre company, where he performed off-Broadway and in community theatre in the late 1950s. This led to a career spanning multiple genres, including Westerns, comedies, and dramas, as Clark transitioned into acting and directing roles in film and television.
