Jon Seda

As an amateur boxer, Jonathan Seda auditioned for and landed a role in the film Gladiator, marking the beginning of his interest in acting. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Chris Pérez alongside Jennifer Lopez in the biopic Selena, which brought him widespread attention within both the Hispanic and non-Hispanic communities. Seda went on to appear in several other notable films, including those featuring prominent directors such as Steven Spielberg, before landing the role of Detective Antonio Dawson in NBC's Chicago P.D. His performance also connected him to another series, Chicago Fire, through his character's sibling relationship to Gabriela Dawson.
