David Zucker

As an American filmmaker, David Zucker began his career in comedy, partnering with brothers Jim and Jerry Abrahams to form the trio Zucker, Abrahams and Zucker. Together, they co-wrote and directed the 1980 film Airplane!, which became a cult classic. This partnership led to the creation of the popular Naked Gun franchise. In addition to his work with the Abrahams brothers, Zucker also ventured into solo filmmaking, directing horror parodies Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4.
