Dai Sato

Satō began scriptwriting at a young age and went on to write for various companies before focusing on anime series. He made his mark with the groundbreaking series Cowboy Bebop, followed by notable works such as Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Wolf's Rain. As chief writer of Psalms of Planets Eureka Seven, Satō received an award for best screenplay at the Tokyo International Anime Fair in 2006. Following this success, Satō collaborated with director Katsuhiro Otomo on the Sunrise OVA series Freedom Project. He then established his own company Storyriders, marking a significant step in his career as a writer and entrepreneur.
