Saul Rubinek
Born in Föhrenwald, Germany, to Polish Jewish parents who had been hidden by Polish farmers during World War II, Rubinek immigrated to Canada with his family after the war. He began his acting career in theater, performing in several productions with the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and Theatre Passe Muraille. His television debut came in 1977 with a guest appearance on the series Baretta, marking the start of his extensive work in television. Rubinek gained recognition for his performances in films such as Against All Odds, Wall Street, and Unforgiven, earning a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Nixon.
