Ruben Fleischer

Fleischer trained at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University before entering the film industry. His early career involved directing television commercials for brands like Cisco, Eurostar, ESPN, and Burger King, as well as music videos for artists including M.I.A., Electric Six, DJ Format, and Gold Chains. As a commercial director, Fleischer gained experience in various genres before transitioning into feature filmmaking. He made his feature film debut with Zombieland, which became a critical and commercial success, leading to him directing other notable films such as Zombieland: Double Tap, Gangster Squad, Uncharted, and Venom.
