Larry Charles

As a staff writer for the American sitcom Seinfeld during its first five seasons, Larry Charles contributed some of the show's darkest and most absurd storylines. He began his career in television writing for shows such as The Larry Sanders Show, creating characters like Artie, a self-absorbed and foul-mouthed actor. Charles went on to direct several notable films, including Borat, which he co-created with Sacha Baron Cohen, and Religulous, a comedy about religion. His work often explores themes of culture clash and social commentary.
