Eric Chase Anderson

Born in Houston, Texas, Anderson attended Stratford High School, where his brother Wes Anderson would later attend. As an author, illustrator, and actor, Anderson gained recognition for his first book for young readers, Chuck Dugan Is AWOL: A Novel, With Maps, which was published by Chronicle Books. His work extended beyond literature, featuring in publications such as Time magazine and The New York Observer, and illustrating the Criterion Collection editions of several films by the Coen brothers. Additionally, Anderson created detailed maps and artwork for the production of The Royal Tenenbaums, including drawings and paintings credited to character Richie Tenenbaum. This experience likely influenced his creative approach to storytelling and visual design.
