Beeban Kidron

As a filmmaker, Kidron directed and produced several projects before entering politics, including her work as the founder of the charity Filmclub, now known as Into Film. She went on to become a film director and producer, before transitioning into a career in politics, serving as a crossbench peer in the UK's House of Lords. Additionally, Kidron has held various advisory positions, including advisor to the Institute for Ethics in AI at Oxford University and commissioner on the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development. She also founded the 5Rights Foundation, which aims to establish standards for online safety and privacy worldwide, and recently took on the role of Honorary President at 5Rights.
