Schwarzenegger began lifting weights at age 15 and went on to win the Mr. Universe title at age 20 before achieving seven consecutive victories in the Mr. Olympia competition. He is tied with Phil Heath for the second-highest total of all-time Mr. Olympia wins. In bodybuilding, Schwarzenegger was nicknamed the "Austrian Oak" due to his impressive physique. Following a stint in bodybuilding, Schwarzenegger transitioned into acting, appearing in the 1977 documentary Pumping Iron, which helped launch his film career. His breakout role came in 1982's Conan the Barbarian, followed by a string of successful action films, including The Terminator and Predator, which cemented his status as a leading Hollywood action star.
