Alex Trebek

A Canadian-born television personality, Alex Trebek hosted the syndicated game show Jeopardy! after its revival in 1984, going on to host several other game shows including The Wizard of Odds and High Rollers. Before becoming a household name, Trebek appeared in various television series, often playing himself. As a naturalized US citizen since 1998, Trebek became an American presence in the entertainment industry. His extensive experience as a game show host earned him multiple Daytime Emmy Awards, including seven for his work on Jeopardy!.
