Amidst this chaos, a young biker gang leader named Shōtarō Kaneda becomes entangled in a web of espionage and supernatural events when his childhood friend Tetsuo acquires extraordinary telekinetic abilities after a fateful motorcycle accident. As Tetsuo's powers spiral out of control, Kaneda finds himself caught between loyalty and duty, torn between his own desires and the looming threat to the city.
