Handmade Films

Monty Python's Life of Brian was produced by HandMade Films as part of its early output. The company was founded and operated primarily by Michael White and Tim White, along with George Harrison, who provided financing through his Beatles earnings. Their first notable production, Monty Python's Flying Circus, had been a precursor to this venture. HandMade Films went on to produce several successful films, including The Long Good Friday and Time Bandits, before continuing to release films such as Withnail and I. These projects showcased the company's ability to adapt to different genres and styles.
