Andrew Macdonald and Duncan Kenworthy co-founded Franchise Holder Limited, trading as DNA Films, with the goal of creating innovative films. In 1997, they established DNA Films, which would go on to collaborate with acclaimed director Alex Garland on several projects. As part of this partnership, DNA Films has produced films that have garnered significant attention from audiences and critics alike. The company's television division, DNA TV Limited, operates in conjunction with Walt Disney Television, further expanding its reach into the world of entertainment.
